I used hsb energy because the were local . From my very first dealing with the company I was very impressed. They fitted 16 panels, 9.5 kw battery and 5kw inverter. All communication with Lee the boss was great. His advice was greatly received. The fitting team were fantastic. They worked hard, answered my questions. They were neat and tidy whilst paying close attention to detail. Any phone call to the company was answered promptly with a happy feel. I cant fault this company at all and I would highly recommend them. I am a very pleased customer. Well done hsb

I contacted three installers for quotes and home visits and decided to go for HSB Renewable Energy Ltd. I am so glad that we chose them to install our PV panels, Battery, Inverter with EPS. The whole team were excellent from start to finish. Josh and Joe did a very professional installation, commissioning and hand-over job. Nothing was too much trouble. They were extremely tidy, friendly and knowledgeable. What more can you ask for! We would highly recommend them, they were excellent!

We are really impressed with the installation carried out by Josh, the installation is very professional. Very clean & tidy, all routing of cables etc has been done neatly and out of sight. Josh made to time to explain the system and how it works, also just a phone call away if I need any further support.
The system installed works great, we are really happy with how its performing.

Very professional job. Installed quickly and neatly by Joe and Josh with no fuss. They tidied up as they went as well.
We were given a full handover on completion with easy to follow instructions - especially to two technophobe clients! We have even been offered after-sale tech support if required.

We had our 4kw PV system installed 12 years ago and decided that it was time to consider a battery storage system, we contacted two accredited companies and HSB Renewable Energy Company gave an immediate response with a written quote and a home survey.
We wanted to locate the battery outside our house under a canopy and we didnt want to lose our FIT payment. Following the survey and Lees clear explanation, we were confident that HSB Renewable Energy Company would be able to meet our needs.
On the day of the installation Josh and Joe arrived at the agreed time, Josh, the electrician, discussed the installation and we were all very clear as to where the battery and inverter would be situated, how the cables would be routed and where the consumer unit would be located. They were considerate and tidy workers.
The battery was commissioned and the app was explained to us. I received an email with the Building Compliance Certificate before they left.
Throughout the whole process everything was handled professionally, proficiently and met our requirements.
Two weeks later: All is working well. When our solar panels make more energy than our home requires the excess solar charges up the battery. We are on economy seven so during these darker, shorter winter days we charge our 9.5 kw battery up at night on cheaper rate electricity and access the cheaper energy from the battery during the day.
We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I can highly recommend HSB for solar and battery installation. Started with a good quote and free advice from Lee over the phone. Josh and the other tradesmen were neat and polite. I have recommended to friends and will continue to do so. I called for some advice regarding a givenergy server failure and it was sorted promptly. HSB fitted a solar PV system and Givenergy battery for us. Lee listened to what we wanted and based system on this; and at a very competitive price!

We had Solar Panels and Battery storage installed by this company, they did an amazing job and were such nice people to have work in our house. They also had everything organised and the process was extremely quick. Since installation we have had no problems with either system. Fantastic service, would recommend!
